How do we make reservations?
You can make reservations by calling (519) 363-3387, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or reserving online.
What information do you need when making a reservation?
We need you to provide us your name, full contact information (address, phone number and email if availale), the size of your trailer
(to make sure you get the best site suitable), and your credit card information to hold the site.
I gave my credit card information when I reserved my site, does that mean my campsite is paid for?
If you reserved online, you pay for the reservation at that time. If you reserve by email or phone, we do take a credit card number to hold the site, but we do not
charge anything to that card. You will pay for the site when you come in and register upon arrival.
What is the speed limit within the park?
The speed limit within the park is 10km/hr, and 20 km/hr coming in the laneway.
What are check-in and check-out times?
For campsites, check-in time is 1:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. For the cottages and cabins,
check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Is there anyway we can drop the trailer off before check-in time?
Possibly, please contact the office and see if this can be arranged as soon as possible.
Can we put an extra tent on our campsite?
We allow ONE sleeping quarters, such as a trailer, motorhome or tent, on each site. We also allow a dining tent, and a small tent for children if desired.
We are booked in to arrive on a Thursday night, but I see the office closes at 8:00 p.m. and we will not arrive until 8:30 p.m.?
Please contact the office so that we can make staffing arrangements to check you in after office hours.
Can we bring our own firewood?
We prefer you use our firewood, to protect our trees. However, if the firewood you wish to bring is from a very local source, an exception can be made.
Please speak to the office about this prior to your visit.
Our granchildren are camping with us, is there an extra charge?
No, there is no extra charge for children who are staying with you.
Are well behaved, non-shedding pets allowed in the cottages?
Sorry, no, at this time no pets are allowed in the cottages, however, our bunkie cabins are pet friendly.
We will need to bring two vehicles camping, can we park them both on our site?
We do request that only one vehicle per transient site, just because the sites can get a little congested when they are all full if there are too many vehicles.
However, we have several visitor parking areas to accommodate your second vehicle.
We love your campground, what is the process to become a seasonal camper?
At this time, we have a waiting list for a seasonal site. Please let the office know if you wish to be added to this list.
The other option is to look at the trailers in the park that are currently for sale here.
