CEDAR CAMP REGULATIONS FOR  TRANSIENT GUESTS

Welcome to our Campground and enjoy your stay with us. We would like to make your stay with us a pleasant one, so in the interest of all of our campers, we ask that you follow our regulations.

  1. Speed is 10 km inside main Camping area!  PLEASE slow down and watch out for little campers!!!
  2. Transient campers are allowed 1 vehicle per site and cottages are allowed 2 vehicles.
  3. Your Visitors will be charged a fee upon entry to our campground and must park in the visitor parking by the office.
  4. Visitors must leave campground by 11:00pm quietly.
  5. Your children are our guests, but your responsibility.
  6. Our fire pits are for your enjoyment, please do not leave your garbage in them.
  7. Alcohol is allowed on your site only.
  8. Garbage is to be placed in the garbage bin near the camp entrance.
  9. When lights come on at night, bikes must remain at your campsite and no one is allowed on the trampolines or any other play equipment.
  10. Quiet time is to be observed between 11:00pm and 8:00am. Please respect your neighbors with regards to noise and radios.
  11. Swimming in pool or other designated swimming areas is at all times at your own risk.
  12. Camp management shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your trailer, accessories or person.

CEDAR CAMP REGULATIONS FOR SEASONAL GUESTS
 

Camp Season
Is from May 1st to October 15th. A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 paid by October 15th secures campsite for the next season. Balance of site fee is payable before May 1st the following year. 2% interest will be added per month if not paid.

Dinners
Camp opening dinner will be held the first Saturday in May at 1:00pm and the meal is provided by the camp. Please bring your own dishes and cutlery. The camp closing dinner will be held the first Saturday in October at 1:00pm and it will be a potluck. Please bring your own dishes and cutlery.

Equipment
When the lights come on at night, bikes must remain at your campsite and no one is allowed on the trampolines or any other play equipment.

Golf Carts
Must only be used by ADULTS for transportation within the camp.

Hydro
The maximum electrical service capacity is 30amp at 120 volts for each campsite. Hydro meters on each site are read in the fall and due by October 15th. When first coming into the camp, we ask that you pay a hydro deposit of $150.00. This is refunded to you, unless you were asked to leave the camp or were were not given enough notice that you were removing your trailer.

Insurance
On privately owned units and the accessories is the responsibility of the camper. Camp management shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to a unit or an accessory. Use of the grounds and or equipment on the campground shall be at the campers own risk.

Moving Trailer
If you are moving you trailer out of Cedar Rail Camp Ltd., please let us know by September 30th. Your site must be left as you first found it, in good repair and any property left on the site belongs to Cedar Rail Camp.

Trees
Trees are not to be cut without the authority of the Camp Management. Plant and animal life are to be respected.

Use of Equipment
Machinery is not to be used on Sundays except in case of an emergency.

Motorcycles
In the interest of ecology and safety, motorcycles are only to be driven for transportation, to and from your site. In such a manner as not to be an irritant to fellow campers.

ATV
All terrain vehicles are not permitted in the camp.

Speed Limit
Speed limit is 20km on the road coming into the camp and 10km inside main camping area.
 
For everyone's safety please respect the speed limit.

Vehicles
Only 2 vehicles permitted on the site. All other vehicles must park in designated visitor parking areas.

Swimming
Swimming in the pool or the designated swimming areas is
at all times at the persons own risk.
Parents are totally responsible for their children.
Absolutely no pets are to be in the pool or pool enclosure.
 

Responsibility of Minors by Adults
Adults are responsible for minors in their family/group and for any damage incurred at Cedar Rail Camp Ltd.


Quiet time
Quiet time is to be observed between 11:00 pm and 8:00am. Please respect you neighbors with noise and radios. Excessive noise on the site will not be TOLERATED.

Pets
All pets are to be on a leash at all times and walked only by adults. You are responsible to clean up after your pet and not allow them to disturb others.

Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are allowed on your site only. Please make your visitors aware of this rule.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of the camp buildings.

Guests
Visitors are required to register upon entry to the campground. Overnight visitors that are not immediate family will be charged $5.00 per night, per adult. Which is payable at the office.

Site Maintenance
Watering of lawns and gardens is permitted during the evening hours and early morning hours. Reasonable site maintenance is the responsibility of the site occupant. Non maintained sites will be maintained by the camp management and charged to the occupant.
Please keep your site neat and tidy.

Rules
Camp rules shall be reviewed from time to time and amended as seen necessary by the camp management.
Failure to comply with camp rules and regulations could result in eviction from campsite and camp with no refund of fees paid.

Propane
Propane tanks, hitches etc. are to be hidden from view.

Sheds
Must meet camp management approval prior to being erected as well as add-a-rooms, hedges and fences.

Garbage
Please sort recyclables into the proper containers and put only household garbage into the bin. Put all other garbage beside the bin. Eg. Cardboard, Metals, Rugs, and all Burnable Materials.
